The PhytoCAT database contains phytochemical compounds, plant extracts, and some combination compounds as well against breast cancer. The knowledge on these 2,147 entities is categorized into compound details, phytochemical source, molecular target and study type, phytochemical efficacy, additional information and PMIDs, external links, and safety of the compound. PhytoCAT provides details on in-vivo studies as well as protein targets along with evidences that these naturally occurring substances have been shown to inhibit in cancer cell lines.
