Potency In the current study, we demonstrated that the aqueous extract of S. nigrum L. (AESN) possesses cytotoxic activity, inhibitory effect on cell migration, and suppressive function on aerobic glycolysis towards human breast cancer MCF7cells.
Cell line/ mice model MCF-7, AU565
Additional information  At a concentration of 10 g/L, AESN caused 43% cytotoxicity, inhibited the migration, and suppressed the activities of hexokinase and pyruvate kinase by about 30% and 40%, respectively, towards the MCF7 cells.
