IC50 83.6 ± 0.6 µg/mL against MCF-7
Potency At 24 h of treatment, MDEO induced apoptosis to the treated MCF-7 cell lines. There was no apoptosis (0%) in the untreated cells, indicating that the treatment with the essential oil caused induction of apoptosis.
