IC50 9.42 ± 0.8 μg/mL against MCF-7
Potency In contrast, the n-butanol extract showed extreme cytotoxic activity against Mammary gland breast cancer (MCF-7), and strong activity against Hepatocellular carcinoma (HEPG-2), and Colorectal carcinoma (HCT-116) cell lines.

Additional information  As for the activity against mammary gland breast MCF-7, the very strong cytotoxic activity was displayed by an IC50 value of 9.42 ± 0.8. while, the strong inhibitory activity, ranging from 11.0–19.7, were shown against hepatocellular carcinoma (liver) HepG2, which was displayed by IC50 value of 14.83 ± 1.3 and colon cancer HCT-116 which was displayed by IC50 value of 16.83 ± 1.4
